We do not disclose personal information about you except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not authorize the third-party service providers we use to disclose or use the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.

Your personal information is obtained when you when submit a purchase order, make an inquiry, or request to be notified by email of new work releases, shows and other events. You may be asked to provide your name, address, email address and/or phone in order to receive these services.

  • To process and fulfill orders in connection with the products and services offered and purchased on this website

  • To provide client support and customer service

  • Respond to your inquiries or other communications

  • Send you business related communications (including Thank You notes, new work release notifications, announcements of upcoming exhibitions)  You may opt out of any electronic communications by simply unsubscribing.

What information is collected?

  • Depending on the product or service you request, your name, address, email and/or  phone number may be required for us to fulfill your request.

  • Financial information: This information is NOT disclosed to or shared with MCK Art Advisory, LLC and/or Materese Roche.  It is collected and processed by the third-party e-commerce vendor, Square.  This insures that your personal financial information is kept secure and confidential.

What companies do we share your information with? 

  •  WIX:  Our website is hosted on Wix.com.  Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through the Wix.com data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

  • MailChimp:  MailChimp is a third party service. MailChimp is integrated within our WIX website platform and allows us to send email notifications to our clients.  You may opt out of email notifications sent via MailChimp at any time by simply scrolling down to the bottom of the email and click on “unsubscribe”.  Your data is stored on MailChimp servers behind a firewall.

 

  • Square:  Square is a third party e-commerce payment service and is integrated within our WIX website platform.  Square will collect only the information necessary for the processing of your purchase (e.g. credit or debit card information).  Your data is stored on their secure servers behind a firewall. Your financial information is kept confidential and not disclosed to MCK Art Advisory LLC or it’s owner, Materese Roche.

 

  • United States Postal Service (USPS) is the primary carrier of orders that are shipped to our clients. We use their on-line service to generate mailing labels for orders, purchase insurance, track shipments and generate return shipping labels.  Please refer to their privacy policy for additional information.

 

  • UPS : On occasion we use this carrier to ship orders to our clients. We use their on line service to generate mailing labels for orders, purchase insurance for orders, track shipments. and generate return labels.  Please refer to their privacy policy for additional information
